  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the Monday, June 9, 2025 Regular Council Meeting Agenda BE APPROVED as circulated. 

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires any member of Council declaring a pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof, where the interest of a member of Council has not been disclosed by reason of the member’s absence from the meeting, to disclose the interest at the first open meeting attended by the member of Council and otherwise comply with the Act.

    THAT the presentation by Jasmine Shadd, of PSD CityWide, regarding the 2025 Asset Management Plan BE RECEIVED for information. 

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council, held on Monday, May 26, 2025, BE APPROVED as circulated.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Report No. CSF-006-25 BE RECEIVED for information;

    AND THAT the 2025 Corporate Asset Management Plan attached to this report BE APPROVED;

    AND THAT the staff BE DIRECTED to submit the 2025 Corporate Asset Management Plan to the Ministry of Infrastructure and publicly published on the website for the Municipality of Thames Centre;

    AND THAT the 2025 Asset Management Plan BE REFERRED to the 2026 budget planning for consideration.

    THAT By-laws 44-2025 through 46-2025 be read a first, second and third and final time and BE ADOPTED.

Being a By-law to levy the final cost of the work of the construction known as the Caddy Creek Drain 2022, as provided for in By-law No. 19-2023.

Being a By-law to levy the final cost of the work of the construction known as the Murray Drain 2023, as provided for in By-law No. 80-2023.

Being a By-law to provide for the collection of costs of repairs and maintenance of municipal drainage works in the Municipality of Thames Centre.

  • Recommended Motion:

    RESOLVED THAT Council ADJOURN to Closed Session at X:XX p.m. pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, in order for Council to consider three separate items, all regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
